Cas Designs

view process

I'm currently working on a site for a friend, Cas, who designs clothing, jewelery, and stationary. Cas loves one-on-one interaction with her clients, so really wants this site to have a personal touch to it. In order to create a personal feel, I've made her handwriting into a font, and am adding small "hand-written" notes through out the site. This is my first e-commerce site. It's still in the design phase, but will be up soon!

Our Lady of Swan Valley Catholic Church

I designed and programmed this site for the local Catholic Church. I strived to create a simple but reverant feel. The site can be found at www.ourladyswanvalley.us.

Conference Planners Site

This was an assignment in my Interaction and Interface Design course at CMU. I had the opportunity to work with two excellent individuals: Guy Pyrzak and Matt Sharpe. Our task was to create a transactional website that allowed conference planners to easily find hotels for their events.

The unique challenges that our design answers include the abilities to rate the importance of hotel ammenities, set a budget, and save past searches. Most importantly, the site allows the user to define time frames in various ways, and get instant feedback from the planner in a natural language format.
